Getting Married???????
Can't believe this. This day has finally arrived...(no no, i'm not getting married...)
A friend of mine is getting married.
(I know her sister much better though)
Anyway, it was a 1st love from year 8 till now!!!
What a rarity nowadays!
She's now what 22? or 23?
Guess it shouldn't be a surprise to me
coz it HAS been a very stable relationship.
They're both working now - in HK.
ANyway, What a wonderful news!! Super Happy For Them!!

i guess there was a time in life where everyone's turning 21.... then shortly after, everyone's getting married....

A friend once told me, "there are 3 days in your life you have to save up a lot for: 21st birthday, wedding day and funeral day."
I was kinda thinking in the usual case, the first two happen closer together than the third....

i think the other thing u have to save up for is kidz =P... their education and expenses are CrazY!! i dunno there are lots of expensive days in someone's life depending how they live it.

I wanna get marriage.. I don't think it seems that scary.. *pause*... WAIT a second... isn't it meant to be the GUYS who are scared of commitment and the GIRLS who are all like "I wanna get married?!"
From what I can see, Sam wants to get married before he's 30 and all the girls are like "Marriage seems scary..."
*sigh.. I've never even had a girlfriend.. what do I know...
But the new age boys are like this. It is true. These days all the boys want to grow up and get married, whereas most of the girls have been told by their mothers not to marry the first guy to propose to them but to wait so they can pick the best one; and to be a modern career woman in the meantime.

True, some day I will (i think). and it's a good thing. just has to happen at the *right* time... with the *right* person..

The reason why i said before 30 is that it's better to have kids earlier - according to my limited medical knowledge. Eg. risk of carrying a baby with Down syndrome is way higher after 35 (roughly). Not saying I have anything AGAINST Downs. just giving an example...

haha yes u have to marry the right person ... understand too, there is no perfect partner. I believe God makes it the best it can be for two people uniting in marriage.
anyway... too early for me to think about all this...
