...when things dun go ur way...

I'm a bit blurred lately... haha... actually nothing to laugh about.
how did cell change from 7:45 to 7:30 without me knowing?
too many emails..... way too many.... 80% about Jia Jia's 21st..
so kinda scanned through Irene's email regarding cell...

ANYWAY, no big deal. just a little example to prove that I'm a bit .... errr (insert here)... lately.

but then things DID go my way when I asked God to help with the selling of Catalyst Education biology books at Wantirna College today. Like EVERYTHING went so smoothly. Glory To God coz seriously I just relied on Him to fit CE into my VERY BUSY schedule this week. was VERY reluctant to do CE stuff. *VERY* coz no one in the team seems motivated. kinda had to step out and set an example... ANYWAY
* firstly, prac somehow finished earlier as expected
* i caught the right train to go home, arriving at a perfect time
* got to Wantirna College. Guided to the school office by a teacher who just walked out
* the receptionist was free (which is strange, coz after i went, people started to flood the office)
* she called in the Science Co-ordinator who just arrived at school, and will have a class very shortly. but she was willing to take some time out to speak to me.
* she's very nice! agreeing that she'll promote the books for me...
* all in all took about 20 mins or so? when i was expecting to waste a lot of time on it...

something trivial like this just challenges me how much more God will do for me for the BIG THINGS if only i ask and trust!! ~ T.R.U.S.T. ~ F.A.I.T.H ~

Cell was fantastic tonight~ Such a great discussion. Some deep and not so-deep thoughts. haha... Cat is just awesome~ I love how she's so humble about it all. Anyway if you're reading this, Cat, you're my role model! (but then we're not supposed to compare each other's talents, according to Lyn)

Was really challenged by what it means to hear God, to act on His Words, to spread the gospel. I admire how Paul could be so hopeful and faithful despite the pain and suffering he went through. kinda feel guilty for feeling "stressed" and "upset" when little things don't go my way. calling it a *catastrophe* LOOK AT PAUL!! He glorified God in the midst of pain. His character is one of humility and faithfulness. Look unto God in all situations. turning the -ve to +ve.

Really challenges my heart. How is my character? What is my attitude towards Church? What's my life all about? How's my faith level? What's my calling?

Anyway so cell was over and we discussed about fund raising ideas. Which went way over time. Got home "late" - in kwok's family standard. First thing my sis said: mum's annoyed that ur late... ARGH ... GR8... anyway she was asleep. ... if only she knew... if only...

Medically speaking, hypertrophy of the heart isn't really a good thing.

But I know what u mean. ^_~ Thinking along the same wavelength...

Hahahaha!!

Tifferz, ur so funny! =)

You're incredible Tiff. I know we're not supposed to compare and stuff, but you're MY role model!

Rene was sharing last night at cell about how she was before she became a Christian, and I look at her now as a leader and I'm in awe of God's transforming power.

And I remember back in the day when I knew u as ducky Tiff and I didn't have the faith to ever think that God could touch someone who 'had it all'.

O me of little faith! Good thing God is so big. =)

awwww......... Irene! Missing you already~ Yip, definitely! saturday night was fantastic. Yip, things are still not going my way. but I WILL GET THROUGH coz God is here. You should've been there at cell! Eddie shared a song with us on CD. It's so good~ I think you'll like it.

Yeh, u haf an infectious smile (though ur dimples cannot be transmitted.. *sigh)~ Thanks for being a light when I'm in the dark.

Dun Worry. It'll be okay. ^__^

Kat!! ^__^ didn't get to speak to you at cell. >__<

Hope your ass went well. (i mean Assignment - for those who dun understand)

How was I funny, i dun get it! I read my blog again - and still don't get it.

Kat! Ur My role model too. There's this maturity and ... Spirit(?) in you when you speak. Too bad, I'm no longer in ur discussion group. >_< You're ever so encouraging to me.

I know where ur getting @. Being the ducky has certain GENERALISATION attached to it. That's why I'm so in awe that the top student in VCE in 2002 (who is now my Med Buddy) is a very faithful Christian. In fact, I know 4 99.95 students from my yr lvl who are Christians.

I think we should stop pre-guessing WHO will find Jesus. Coz, C'on! God can transform ANYONE!!!

No longer a ducky~ Just call me a child of God.

Umm.. just a comment amid all these commendations and stuff...

but what is a ducky? I took it to mean geek.. and if it does.. why is it so strange the geeks are strong christians?

Hahaha... Josh!!!

You're so funny too! =)

No no no, being ducky does not mean "geek"!! Back in the day refers to our high school times and "ducky" is my reference to academic heights. =) Ask me in person if u want further clarification! Only glennies would know what I meant I think.

Kat =)
